If you see a message on screen in GCIGexLevels, GCIStrikeProfile, or GammaContext Gex Panel, look it up here by its exact text. Messages display in English (as you'll see them in
NT8); the cause and fix are in English too.
License and Activation
| On-screen message | Cause | Fix |

| "Ingresa tu Key de GammaContext." (Enter your GammaContext Key.) | The Key field is empty when you click Apply or Conectar |
Paste your Key from Integraciones → NinjaTrader 8 in the portal |
| License error: invalid token | The Key is mistyped or was regenerated from the portal | Go back to the portal, use the reveal eye to copy the current Key, and paste it again |
| License error: subscription inactive | Your subscription expired or was cancelled | Reactivate your subscription in the portal |
| License error: machine transfer cooldown (with remaining minutes) | You activated this Key on another machine recently. The automatic transfer only happens once every 24 hours | Wait for the time shown in the message, or use the machine where you last activated the Key |
| License error: product not entitled for your plan | Your current tier doesn't include this specific component | Check your plan in the portal; some components require pro or algo |

Feed and Connection

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a different Key for each of the three components?
No. A single Key activates GCIGexLevels, GCIStrikeProfile, and GammaContext Gex Panel.
Can I use my license on two computers at the same time? Not at the same time. The system allows one automatic machine transfer every 24 hours.
Does regenerating my Key affect all three components? Yes. Regenerating invalidates the old Key instantly, across all three at once. Paste the new Key into each one again.
Why does GCIGexPanel only open one window? It's a design decision of the current version: single instance. If you need to follow two assets at once with the panel, let us know.
